The Project Tutor commits to ensuring the delivery of products by entering all the customer's needs within the specified time. Our refund policy provides a facility for the customer to claim a partial or full refund in case any obligation is adequately met.
The money-back guarantee policy aims to certify customer satisfaction by providing superior support regarding academic services. The policy reflects legitimate guidance through sample papers and an expansion video to describe each aspect of the projects and enable students to attempt tasks effectively. We claim that over 95% of our customers are highly committed to our services and keep asking for their orders with constructive feedback. In addition, we provide a refund facility in case of unavoidable circumstances, as discussed below.
Refund Circumstances
1. Task Delivery Issues
No Delivery: A 100% refund is guaranteed in case of any tutor's unavailability and no work delivery. Although the situation is quite sporadic, we still ensure timely notification with the refund policy to save our valuable clients from pressure or work stress.
Partial Delivery or Customer Cancellation: We provide a refund from 75% to 100% if less than half of the deadline has been missed. However, we ensure a refund of 75% to 0% depending on the task completed if more than half the time limit expires.
Late Delivery: Late delivery is the least possible due to uncertain issues like emergencies or tutor health issues. However, the customer has all the right to refund the amount in case of delay ONLY if the customer fails to download the file submitted by the tutor. In contrast, the customers will not be able to request any refund if they are found to have downloaded the file delivered by the tutor successfully.
Nevertheless, we certify the orders' on-time delivery by meeting all the requirements. However, the customers cannot claim any refund if they fail to provide all the required materials promptly. It is highly commendable if the customers ensure the timely availability of all the necessary information and material about the project when placing their orders.
2. Misaligned Work
Tutor Project ensures the facility of customized projects by catering to the needs of customers effectively. The first part of the project given by the customer is considered the rough draft that can be used for the forthcoming growth of students by considering their detailed feedback.
Work Quality Issues: Work quality is the foremost concern of the Project Tutor. The customer can ask for multiple revisions by subscribing to our limited, standard, and premium plans. The limited plan provides the facility to get revisions within 30 days. Standard plans ensure the revisions within 45 days, and the premium plan is the ultimate plan that offers this opportunity for revisions within 60 days. If the customer still seems unsatisfied, the project tutor provides the facility to refund a certain amount within 7 days of delivering the final project with all possible information. However, the customer’s claim must be aligned with the available documents and facts.
The prominent goal of the company is to align customer satisfaction with operational efficiency. Customers can avail themselves of the opportunity to make multiple revisions per the different plan criteria. For instance, the limited plan of 30 days allows for a maximum revision of 5. The standard plans reflect a maximum of 7 revisions in 45 days. The Premium plan facilitates unlimited revisions within 60 days to satisfy customers.
Plagiarism Issues: The customer will be able to get a full refund in case of plagiarized content within 72 hours of the claim validation. However, the customer must provide the plagiarism report based on third-party verification within 72 hours of the project delivery.

3. Duplicate Orders/ Payments
Duplicate orders are a common issue for customers as they sometimes order duplicate orders mistakenly or pay additional amounts for a similar order. The project tutor understands the customers' problems and resolves them promptly.
Unintended Identical Order: The project tutor requires the customers to cancel identical orders within 24 hours of placing duplicate orders to avail themselves of a 100% refund.
Identical Payment: The customer will also receive a 100% refund if they mistakenly send the exact payment of the order for which they have already sent the amount. However, the customer must claim a refund within 24 hours of sending the duplicate transaction.
Non-Refundable Circumstances
Some scenarios are not acceptable when customers are incapable of claiming a refund.
Low Grades: Since the sample paper is delivered to the customers with references and drafts, it is not guaranteed to communicate the expectation of particular grade requirements.
Fail to Consider Refund Guidelines: The customer needs to understand the refund guidelines. If they fail to apprehend all the terms and conditions, the Project Tutor is not responsible for any further claim.
Deadline Changes: The project tutor does not provide refund facilities in case of any price calculation changes or deadline delays.
Supplementary services: The project tutor provides additional services such as editing, formatting, and proofreading to correct existing issues and make specific improvements. However, the content will not be changed in this case.
Procedures and Timelines
The Project Tutor facilitates the customers' ability to express their opinions regarding quality work delivery in the subjective nature of tasks. However, the customers must ask for a refund or complain about the issue by considering the following aspects.
