It depends on scope, depth and deadline, so there is no fixed price list. Send the brief and you get a specific figure rather than a range. Larger projects can be split into stages with a payment at each stage.

Short pieces can turn around in a few days. A full feasibility study or business plan usually needs longer. We agree a delivery date before starting and tell you early if anything puts it at risk.

Yes. Revisions against the agreed brief are included for a reasonable period after delivery. New requirements or a changed research question are new work and are quoted separately.

Yes. Your brief, files and data are shared only with the researchers on your project. We are glad to sign a confidentiality agreement if your organisation needs one. The privacy policy sets out the detail.

No, and be careful with anyone who does. We guarantee the quality and scope of the work we agreed. Outcomes decided by an institution, a funder or a market are not ours to promise.

Often that is the easiest way to work. Send what you have and tell us where it stalled. We can review, restructure, extend, or take on a specific section.

We agree the fee and the payment method in writing before starting. Work begins once the agreed payment or first stage is received.

Cancel before work starts and you are refunded in full. Cancel after work has started and we refund the part not yet carried out. The terms page sets this out.
