Terms and conditions.
These terms apply whenever you ask us to work on a project. Please read them before you send a brief.

01Who these terms are with
In these terms, we and us mean Project Tutor, a research and advisory practice based in Lahore, Pakistan. You means the person or organisation commissioning work. By sending us a brief and accepting a quote, you agree to what is set out here.
02What we provide
We provide research support, structured analysis and written deliverables: research projects, business plans, feasibility studies, research proposals, literature reviews, data and statistical analysis, technical reports and related advisory work. We provide professional support and reference material. We do not sit examinations, we do not submit work to any institution on your behalf, and we do not guarantee any grade, funding decision, licence or commercial outcome.
03Academic integrity
Where work is commissioned for study, it is supplied as guidance and reference material. You remain responsible for complying with the rules of your university, funder or professional body, including any rules on permitted assistance, acknowledgement and originality. If those rules prohibit the support you are asking for, do not commission it. We may decline or stop work that we believe is intended to breach them.
04Briefs, quotes and acceptance
Work begins after we agree the scope, deadline and fee in writing, usually over WhatsApp or email. A quote is based on the brief you give us. If the brief changes materially, the fee and deadline may change, and we will tell you before continuing.
05Your responsibilities
You agree to give us accurate information, any materials the work depends on, and prompt answers to questions that block progress. You confirm you have the right to share any data, documents or files you send us. Delays in providing these may move the delivery date.
06Fees and payment
Fees are quoted per project unless we agree otherwise. Larger projects may be split into stages with a payment at each stage. Work starts once the agreed payment or deposit is received. Any bank or transfer charges are yours.
07Revisions
Every project includes revisions against the brief we agreed, for a reasonable period after delivery. Revisions cover corrections, clarifications and adjustments within the original scope. New requirements, added chapters, changed research questions or a new dataset are new work and are quoted separately.
08Deadlines and delivery
We agree a delivery date at the start and we work to it. If something outside our control puts a deadline at risk, we will tell you as early as we can and agree a revised plan with you. Deliverables are sent electronically to the contact you nominate.
09Cancellation and refunds
You may cancel at any time. If you cancel before work starts, you receive a full refund. If you cancel after work has started, we refund the portion not yet carried out, assessed against the stage the work has reached. Where we cannot deliver what was agreed and cannot correct it, we refund the affected fee.
10Ownership of the work
Once the agreed fee is paid in full, the deliverable is yours to use for the purpose it was commissioned for. We keep ownership of our own methods, templates, internal tools and general know-how. We may describe the type of work in anonymous form, for example in a category listing, without identifying you.
11Confidentiality
We treat your brief, files and data as confidential. We share them only with the researchers and specialists working on your project, and only as far as they need. We are glad to sign a separate confidentiality agreement where your organisation requires one.
12Limits of our responsibility
We take care over accuracy and quality, but research involves judgement and third-party sources. Our deliverables inform your decisions, they do not replace them, and they are not legal, financial, medical or other regulated professional advice. To the extent the law allows, our total liability for any project is limited to the fees paid for that project, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss such as lost profit or lost opportunity.
13Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as our services change. The version published here at the time you accept a quote is the version that applies to that project.
14Governing law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and disputes fall to the courts of Lahore. Before that, please talk to us. Most issues are resolved in one conversation. Our contact details are in the footer of every page.
